We pride ourselves on providing exemplary service to all of our clients in a timely and professional manner. Your promptness is greatly appreciated and required to properly serve you. In the event that you are running late, you will need to inform the salon. However; as a courtesy to other clients, we can only conduct your session within your scheduled appointment. After 15 minutes and still no show nor update, we will cater to the next customer.
Consultation is FREE. Visit us and we’ll be happy to check your skin and recommend the best treatment that will suit you.
Our skin experts will recommend the frequency depending on your skin condition.
Twenty-four hour (24) notification is required for all canceled or changed appointments.
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening the effectiveness and your pleasure. You will still be charged the full fee for the appointment.
Please notify our skin experts at the beginning of your treatment. You will be informed if treatments are not recommended.

Return & Exchange
Our policy is that we are only happy to accept returns on unopened products within 14 days of receipt. CIVASAN Singapore reserve the rights to reject returns that do not comply.
We do not offer direct exchanges on any of our products.
Step1: Please ensure tags and labels are attached, not a SALE & Promotional items, and return is within 14 days.
Step 2: Kindly mail the item back to us and remember to enclose the return form with details filled up.

Step 3: Do allow 3 to 5 working days for your parcel to reach us.
Step 4: Once we received your parcel, we will email you with our follow up actions on the same working day.
We work hard to help you get your orders as fast as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This means there is only a very small window of time where we can “catch” your order before it is physically picked, packed and set aside for shipping.
This unfortunately means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed. There may however be time to cancel your order all together so you can start fresh. Please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible with the subject line "Cancellation" and your full name and order number. We’ll let you know what we can do!
At this point, we only offer the delivery in Singapore. You'll receive an email or SNS notification with your tracking information once your order has been shipped. Delivery times are based on orders placed before 12pm SGT. Order processing and shipping are done only on weekdays (not including Singapore public holidays). Shipping may take additional time during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather events. Address cannot be changed once order is paid, CIVASAN Singapore is not liable for wrong address in the invoice.
Free standard shipping is applied to orders above $100. All orders below $100 is $7 via Lalamove.
